Edward & Ein, the space-adventuring wonder duo.

It's no secret that I love corgis, and some credit for my obsession with them must be given to Ein. (How can you not love an adorable dog that can sniff out data, and is an incredibly fantastic hacker?) Edward's an amazing hacker as well, but I'm more impressed with her crazy zest for life. I wish I had that much energy! ^-^ 

When you combine the two of them, happiness and smiles aren't far behind.

Desktop SS : Daft Punk in July

Electro-Synthpop-Epicness.

Daft Punk is one of my all time favorite bands. Not only do they make amazing music, but they also have some seriously cool imagery in their album covers, live performances, and videos. (Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem, anyone?) Discovery is probably my favorite album from them, but both the original soundtrack from Tron Legacy and the remixed R3CONF1GUR3D album are fantastic. Desktop SS : Starry Skies in June 2012

As the summer slowly creeps into the Bay during June, I'm starting to miss the warm late nights that are par for the course back in the Midwest. We can get some gloriously beautiful days here, but when the sun goes down - it gets chilly! This wallpaper helps me keep the spirit of nighttime adventure alive.

Clear days.

Right now my head is a bit stuffed with over-thinking, deadlines, decisions and what not. The air of quiet reflection in this wallpaper reminds me to chill out, and breathe. May is going to be my meditation month!

Oh goodness, I have entirely too many important things to finish up this month. I choose this background (The three spiritual stones from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time) to remind me that in order to obtain my epic goals, I need to constantly put my all into it. 

You don't become the Hero of Time by giving up when obstacles block your path - you find a way through them!
